The Public Framework Analysis of Quarters 5 and 6 in Tel Aviv-Yafo is a pioneering project that maps, analyzes, and redefines the potential of public buildings and open spaces in the city center. Covering an extensive area of approximately 5 million square meters, the project includes a detailed survey of around 300 buildings and plots, each assessed at varying levels of detail.

By leveraging dynamic GIS-based models, the analysis integrates spatial data, statutory frameworks, and architectural insights to enhance connectivity, walkability, and public space utilization. The project seeks to optimize the use of public buildings, establish conservation strategies for heritage sites, and improve urban life by creating new synergies between buildings, infrastructure, and open spaces.

This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Strategic Unit of the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality.
